Spent my Christmas holiday at a hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and the staff was friendly throughout my stay. The location was fantastic with easy access to key attractions - perfect for exploring the city. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and fitness center, which added value to my stay.
Unfortunately, I witnessed one unprofessional encounter between a receptionist and a guest. While it did not affect my experience, it was disappointing to see such behavior. my time at the hotel was enjoyable.

Our stay had some positive aspects worth mentioning. Firstly, we were delighted to receive complementary drinks and snacks upon arrival. Secondly, the location of the hotel was very convenient, close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Lastly, the room was spacious and clean, offering a pleasant stay.
There were also some negative aspects that affected our experience. Firstly, the front desk staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, making the check-in process frustrating. Secondly, we were disappointed to find out that the hotel did not provide any complimentary breakfast. Lastly, the Wi-Fi was not free and the parking was very expensive, making the overall stay more costly than expected.

This hotel is conveniently located close to amazing tourist sites. Its central location makes it easy to explore the area without traveling far. The rooms are modern and stylish, with comfortable beds, and excellent services. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of variety and choices. Guests also appreciate the excellent views from the rooms. The leisure facilities provide plenty to do for adults with a fitness center, spa, and sauna available.
The hotel's parking facility is slightly overpriced.

The complementary shuttle from the airport was convenient and saved us a lot of money on a taxi. The room was comfortable and clean, which made us feel at home. The location was perfect as it was close to many attractions and restaurants. We also enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the omelet station was a great addition.
The noise level was too high, and we could hear everything from the hallway. We were put on a family floor, so it wasn't the best option for our romantic escape. Additionally, the bathroom did not have any ventilation, which was quite uncomfortable. our experience was not quite up to our expectations.

Gorgeous hotel and incredible location away from the tourist areas of DC. Early check-in, late check-out, pleasant staff. King room with a lovely view. Plenty of great food at breakfast time. Nice pool, parking onsite. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.
